Emissions: Reduce scope 1 and scope 2 GHG emissions intensity by 50% by 2035 using 2022 as the baseline.
Water Loss: Identify a total of 18 billion gallons of water loss by our EchoShore® leak detection technology between 2020 and 2029.
Lead-Free: Transition all service brass products to lead-free alloy by 2030.
Safety: Achieve zero safety incidents.
Water Withdrawal: Reduce water withdrawal intensity by 3% YoY starting in 2021.
Waste: Achieve zero waste to landfills by 2035 using 2022 as the baseline.
Engagement: Maintain employee engagement score of 80% in the Employee Experience Survey.
